Process Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Caleres is seeking a Process Quality Assurance Specialist to join its manufacturing team in Phnom Penh. The specialist will ensure that production processes deliver footwear of the highest quality, meeting both company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
• Conduct in‑process inspections, audits and root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and management to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce defects and optimise processes.
• Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in engineering, quality management, industrial management or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in footwear, apparel or related industries.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
