Nutrition Advisor

About the role

The Nutrition Advisor will drive new business development and grow existing accounts for DKSH’s Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Medical Sales division in Cambodia. Working across an assigned territory, the role engages health‑care professionals (HCPs) to raise brand awareness and build confidence in dedicated nutrition products.

Key responsibilities

• Increase short‑term and long‑term product growth by educating HCPs and strengthening brand relevance.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts through a multichannel engagement strategy.
• Conduct product demonstrations, highlight key features and secure recommendation commitments.
• Expand HCP knowledge of nutritional interventions, manage objections and obtain clear product recommendations.
• Monitor daily sales performance, develop new active outlets and track progress against KPIs.
• Call and visit customers to solicit orders, identify demonstration opportunities and provide quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and support key relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Undertake administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or related discipline; other relevant degrees considered.
• Two to three years of experience in nutrition or an advisory role; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of nutrition is a plus.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills with HCPs.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building lasting professional relationships.
