Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Supervisor to lead our brand promotion efforts within the real‑estate sector. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting sales through targeted events and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy and action plans to achieve brand objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities across the department.
• Research market trends, competitors and identify target customers.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Plan annual event calendar aligned with sales performance.
• Collaborate with agencies on flexible event concepts to support sales.
• Create seasonal events to strengthen customer relationships.
• Produce promotional videos and digital content with effective messaging.
• Oversee digital traffic, manage social‑media content and campaigns.
• Manage sales materials, POSM and gift production to meet timelines.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing department budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Strong communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Creative thinking and strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts.
