Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Chip Mong Retail’s diverse business units, including malls, supermarkets and specialty stores. Based in Phnom Penh, this full-time, on-site position works closely with sales, operations and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in market research and gather customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
• Coordinate promotional activities and prepare marketing materials for both in-store and digital channels.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking budgets and key metrics.
• Organise events and support the execution of brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or consumer-facing industries is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
