Legal Administration Officer – NPL Resolution

About the role

The NPL Legal Administration Officer supports the NPL Legal Department in managing non‑performing loan (NPL) resolution activities. This position ensures smooth team coordination, accurate document handling, and timely reporting for legal actions.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage overall team administration to maintain workflow efficiency within the NPL Legal Department.
• Collect, review, and organize legal documents, memos, and related materials from internal and external sources.
• Consolidate and prepare monthly reports on the progress of legal actions handled by the team.
• Support the annual audit by providing required legal documentation and clarifications.
• Share legal knowledge with new staff to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Assist the Legal Manager and Co‑Head in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal proposals for the Credit Committee.
• Assist in debt and NPL recovery processes, including litigation preparation and court procedures.
• Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related legal or administrative role.
• Prior experience in legal administration or corporate governance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling legal documents.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity with sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
