IT Support Lead, Asia

About the role

Conservation International is seeking an IT Support Lead to oversee IT Service Management across its Asia Pacific and Indonesia Field Management Units. Based in Indonesia, the Philippines, or Cambodia, the role will ensure high‑quality technical support, consistent service processes, and compliance with global security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional technical support staff, managing incidents, requests, and problems in line with ITIL practices.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure to install, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, switches, and servers in international offices.
• Drive network deployments, upgrades, and maintenance visits for IT projects.
• Support IT security activities, develop risk‑mitigation processes, and address audit findings promptly.
• Manage system changes through the IT Change Management process to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Oversee regional applications support, identifying local requirements and scaling solutions when appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a technical support team in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL‑based service management.
• Ability to work closely with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary IT contact for the region.
