About the role

We are an Argentine leather manufacturing company operating in Cambodia and we are looking for a motivated Junior Production Engineer to join our plant team. This role is designed for a recent engineering graduate with a few years of hands‑on experience who wants to grow into a future Production Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily production operations on the factory floor.
• Assist in troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Collect and analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Participate in the development and optimisation of manufacturing procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work directly on the plant floor and learn continuously.
• English proficiency sufficient for an international workplace.
• Readiness to relocate to Cambodia for a long‑term overseas assignment.
