Information Technology Supervisor

About the role

The school is seeking an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to lead its IT operations. You will ensure the reliability of networks, hardware, software, and security systems while supporting staff, faculty, and students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, computers, printers, scanners, CCTV and related hardware.
• Oversee daily IT operations, assign tasks to the IT team, and ensure timely troubleshooting.
• Maintain school networks, internet connectivity, cloud/SaaS services and on‑premise systems.
• Administer access‑control and security gate systems.
• Handle IT asset inventory, repairs, and hardware replacement cycles.
• Support school events and online examination platforms.
• Deliver IT training and orientation, and recommend new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT role with leadership or operational management responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
• Strong English communication, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical abilities.
