HR Compliance Intern

About the role

The HR Compliance Intern will support the HR team in daily operations and compliance‑related tasks, providing a valuable learning experience for students or recent graduates interested in labour law and human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employee onboarding, including preparation of employment contracts, collection of personnel documents, completion of checklists, and data entry into the HRMS.
• Support employment book and staff movement declaration procedures.
• Help process employee claim reimbursements by preparing claim reports and verifying reimbursement invoices.
• Assist with NSSF registration for employees and monthly contribution tracking.
• Maintain personnel files and employment records.
• Prepare compliance reports and trackers for management review.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Cambodian labour law is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
• Good command of Khmer and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
