Executive – Sales Planning

About the role

We are looking for an Executive in Sales Planning to coordinate weekly planning between commercial and manufacturing teams, ensuring demand and supply are aligned. The role acts as a liaison, monitors sales changes, and supports forecasting and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate weekly plans between commercial and manufacturing functions and act as a liaison among relevant functions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day sales changes and generate weekly forecasts.
• Process demand data in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to generate order recommendations.
• Share demand information with production, procurement, delivery and other supply‑side functions to ensure sufficient supply.
• Conduct field market visits and regularly gather market demand updates from the Sales function.
• Prepare periodic market demand and supply capacity updates for the Planning and Analysis Manager.
• Provide support in planning and reporting activities for the function manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Research or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial or manufacturing operations (sales, production, procurement, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data preparation and reporting.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
