Executive Sales Force Effectiveness

About the role

The Executive Sales Force Effectiveness role is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and monitoring of sales and marketing capability development initiatives. You will ensure that training programs, tools, and processes are aligned with the goal of driving sales and marketing excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient resource use.
• Coordinate capability development diagnostics, analysing needs and identifying gaps.
• Supervise the implementation of development plans, training programs, and related initiatives.
• Support the selection, hiring, and up‑skilling of internal and external trainers.
• Deliver training sessions to enhance sales and marketing competencies.
• Track, report, and analyse training effectiveness and post‑development outcomes.
• Gather feedback from sales and marketing staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the industry, market, competitors and customers.
• Solid understanding of general sales principles and familiarity with the sales environment.
• Basic research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in the local language and preferably English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Power BI and creating digital dashboards.
