Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online growth and lead a dynamic team in Phnom Penh. You will own the strategy, execution and optimisation of all digital channels to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and Google platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns while managing the overall marketing budget.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of digital marketers to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with KOLs, brand ambassadors and media agencies to amplify brand reach.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and project‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering ROI‑focused campaigns.
• Experience working with KOLs, brand ambassadors and media agencies is a plus.
