About the role
The company is seeking a Designer who can handle both interior and exterior projects. You will be responsible for creating design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring that site conditions and material selections meet project requirements. Candidates must submit a CV for document screening, after which successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.
Key responsibilities
- Develop interior and exterior design solutions using CAD and 3D software.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and 3D models for client presentations.
- Perform site visits to verify dimensions and assess material suitability.
- Check and validate materials to ensure they meet design specifications.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Completed secondary school education; a college degree is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD software.
- Experience in 3D modeling and visualization.
