Customer Experience Agent

About the role

The Customer Experience Agent supports Maersk’s customers after they are onboarded, ensuring smooth interactions across multiple channels. This entry‑level position combines administrative support with case handling to maintain strong client relationships and resolve routine issues. The role works closely with internal teams to uphold Maersk’s service standards and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and respond to inquiries.
• Handle case management, including documentation and follow‑up.
• Assist with customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Support contract administration and dispute resolution under supervision.
• Perform skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records using internal tools and systems.
• Escalate non‑routine problems to senior colleagues when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
