Community Coordinator

About the role

The Community Coordinator will lead the development and activation of programs within our co-working spaces, fostering a vibrant community of members, partners and local businesses. You will be responsible for building the workspace brand, organizing events, and maintaining strong relationships that drive engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement community programs and activation initiatives for co-work spaces.
• Identify issues, build the workspace brand, and maintain active community engagement.
• Develop and nurture positive relationships with members, teammates, local businesses and community leaders.
• Monitor community activities, maintain an events calendar and promote the factory’s mission.
• Liaise with local businesses and leaders to assess community needs and mobilise resources.
• Conduct research on community demographics and trends to target areas needing attention.
• Manage special events such as start-up showcases, artist exhibitions and other high-impact programs.
• Identify partnership and donation opportunities with corporate partners.
• Recruit new members, manage the member database and support daily administration tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Public Relations, Hospitality, Property Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in commercial leasing, community building, business operations, real estate, sales or marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Khmer; additional Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Fearless, innovative mindset with the ability to propose bold ideas, learn from setbacks and make decisive actions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and pressure‑handling abilities.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, empathy and a collaborative work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
