Junior Accountant – Entry Level Finance Role

About the role

The Junior Accountant will support the Finance team by ensuring accurate billing, collections, and payment processing while maintaining up‑to‑date financial records. This role contributes to operational excellence and helps meet the team’s key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Advance Request Forms with proper documentation and approvals.
• Record, reconcile, and follow up on client payments and collections.
• Prepare payment supporting documents and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate professionally with clients.
• Uphold Acclime’s values and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
