Supply & Logistics Officer (6‑month contract)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Supply & Logistics Officer to support its operations in Cambodia for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment. The role provides technical and operational assistance across the full supply chain, ensuring that programme needs are met efficiently and in line with humanitarian standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, procure, contract, and manage customs clearance, warehousing, in‑country transport and distribution of goods.
• Monitor supplies, services and construction works to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Deliver supply‑chain services and emergency response support.
• Collaborate with programme teams and implementing partners to define supply interventions.
• Manage contracts, monitor risks and analyse supply data.
• Promote innovation in products, markets and logistics processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Contract/Commercial Law, International Development, Health or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience at national or international level in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting or administration.
• Understanding of development and humanitarian work.
