Operations Officer – Full Time (Emirates EK)

About the role

The Operations Officer will support daily logistics and freight‑forwarding activities at Techo International Airport, working closely with Emirates (EK) operations. This full‑time position combines on‑the‑job training with formal training modules, offering a pathway to a long‑term career in the diversified logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo handling and documentation to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor flight schedules and liaise with airline partners to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with night‑time operations, including loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
• Maintain accurate records using standard office software.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the freight‑forwarding team.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Dynamic, fast learner, open‑minded, and comfortable working night shifts.
• Possession of a motorcycle and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
