About the role
We are looking for a Hub Sorter to join our fast‑moving warehouse team. The role involves handling UPS packages throughout the shipping cycle, ensuring they are loaded, unloaded, scanned, sorted and stocked efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from trailers and package cars.
- Receive, ship, and scan parcels using UPS handling procedures.
- Sort packages accurately according to destination and postal codes.
- Stock sorted items in designated areas to support timely dispatch.
- Operate heavy machinery when required to move large volumes of freight.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in a fast‑paced setting.
Required profile
- Ability to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) regularly.
- Capability to read and memorize postal codes.
- Flexibility to work varying shift schedules, up to five days per week.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with UPS package handling equipment.
