Head of Customer Service (Education)

About the role

The Head of Customer Service will lead the front‑office team at Westline Education Group’s schools, acting as the primary liaison for parents, students and visitors. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that communication is clear, service standards are high and the school environment remains welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for parents, students and visitors, delivering prompt and professional responses.
• Coordinate and oversee all communication between the school and families, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Supervise the front‑office team to maintain smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Organise parent‑engagement events and feedback sessions to strengthen community relationships.
• Train, mentor and manage the customer service team, conducting regular meetings to address concerns and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or administrative management, preferably within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• High cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for school events.
