E-Commerce Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will drive Luxcity’s online revenue, visibility and profitability across OTAs, the hotel website and other digital channels. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations, the role shapes pricing, promotions and distribution strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise OTA channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.), ensuring accurate rates, availability and promotional content.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, social media and email to boost bookings and track ROI.
• Analyse booking trends, market demand and competitor activity to inform pricing and distribution decisions.
• Maintain Luxcity’s online reputation by monitoring guest reviews, updating photos and content, and collaborating with operations to address feedback.
• Provide market insights on Phnom Penh’s hotel and serviced‑apartment sector, identifying opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in hotel e‑commerce, OTA management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of major OTA platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent English communication skills and good understanding of the Cambodian hospitality market.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive commercial decisions.
