Customer Support Representative – Phnom Penh

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Phnom Penh team. The role ensures a smooth, reliable and positive experience for clients trading on our platforms by handling account queries, technical issues and providing clear information about our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication channels including live chat, email and phone calls.
• Identify customer needs and deliver high‑level satisfaction.
• Receive and handle inquiries from new leads and existing clients via phone, chat, email and client portal.
• Provide timely and accurate support within defined time frames.
• Maintain and update CRM records with all interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments by creating and assigning tasks for complex issues.
• Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks to ensure resolution.
• Work both independently and collaboratively while adhering to SOPs and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
• Background in Forex trading or financial markets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English and native Khmer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work rotating shift schedules, including mornings, afternoons and nights.
