Transportation and Delivery Representative

About the role

The Representative, Transportation and Delivery ensures that goods are delivered safely, accurately and on time to customers across Cambodia. Working for DKSH, you will support the company’s supply‑chain performance by handling last‑mile deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers and designated areas according to KPIs, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Verify order accuracy before and after each drop‑off and confirm correct charges.
• Assist with loading and unloading to keep vehicle turnaround efficient.
• Provide professional customer service, address inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to optimise efficiency and control costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate delivery reports and documentation.
• Collect customer payments and process bank deposits in line with company procedures.
• Comply with DKSH Freight and Transportation SOPs and safety standards.
• Escalate any route or operational issues promptly for resolution.
• Perform related administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or high‑school certificate; valid driving licence (required for Samaki DC staff).
• At least one year of experience in a similar transportation and delivery role.
• Working knowledge of distribution centre operations and transportation processes.
• Physically fit and able to perform demanding delivery tasks consistently.
• Strong punctuality, reliability and a disciplined work approach.
