Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will support the Talent Acquisition Unit in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for Mengly J. Quach Education. Working closely with hiring managers, you will plan, advertise, source, interview and onboard candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Talent Acquisition policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and advise on best recruitment practices.
• Review CVs, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against position criteria.
• Proactively source and head‑hunt candidates through social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future openings.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with external agencies, universities, NGOs and other partners.
• Support additional HR projects related to talent acquisition as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or similar recruitment role.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to manage full‑cycle recruiting and handle multiple requisitions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
