Supervisor, Learning & Development

About the role

The Learning & Development Supervisor will lead and implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive performance across retail stores and the head office. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives that support operational excellence and leadership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly training plans aligned with business needs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Create and deliver training on store operations, customer service, sales, product knowledge, and leadership.
• Design onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support leadership and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, department heads, and external providers.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and performance reports.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Visit stores regularly to identify operational gaps and training opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning & development, training, HR, or retail operations.
• Experience training frontline or store employees is preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Proficiency in both Khmer and English.
