Senior Purchasing Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Purchasing Specialist who is fluent in Chinese to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for our clients in Phnom Penh. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate Chinese‑speaking suppliers, request and compare quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and prepare purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate delivery schedules and manage order tracking.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyse cost‑saving opportunities and report on vendor performance.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and logistics teams to support cross‑functional needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior purchasing, procurement or supply‑chain roles, preferably in manufacturing, trading or distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
