Senior Manager, Sales Training

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Training to design, deliver and continuously improve a comprehensive sales learning strategy that drives performance across the organization. You will partner with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create annual and quarterly training plans to build sales capabilities.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify strategic learning needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments and analyze performance data to set priorities.
• Design, develop and maintain curricula, learning materials and e‑learning programs.
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide data‑driven insights to improve learning impact on sales productivity.
• Track learning KPIs, report results and manage training budgets and resources.
• Maintain training policies, standards, compliance records and oversee administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Banking or related field.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience, including at least 3 years in training, L&D or sales capability development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, analyze gaps and develop effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training delivery.
