Senior Executive – Events & CSR

About the role

The Senior Executive, Event and CSR will lead the development and execution of corporate events and social responsibility initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and vision. This role acts as a bridge between the organization, the public, and key stakeholders, managing communications and responding to public inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement event and CSR strategies that support the company’s mission.
• Liaise with government bodies, media, partners and stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with corporate communications to support social campaigns and event management.
• Prepare official letters, presentations, press releases and other statements.
• Handle enquiries, suggestions and complaints from the public, media and partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
• Organise public events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
• Identify public affairs issues and propose solutions.
• Report event and CSR progress and achievements to senior management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to work professionally with government officials.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer care or a similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
