Sales Manager – FMCG

About the role

The Sales Manager – FMCG will lead BPC Group’s fast‑moving consumer goods sales operations in Phnom Penh. Reporting to senior management, you will set targets, develop sales plans and drive performance across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the FMCG portfolio.
• Develop, implement and adjust sales plans based on market data.
• Coach, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Conduct regular market visits and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and strategic partners.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless promotion execution.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven FMCG sales and business development experience, including territory and key‑account management.
• Strong ability to plan, forecast and analyse sales performance.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Good knowledge of the Cambodian FMCG market; regional experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Khmer language skills are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
