Sales Executive – Modern Trade

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to manage our modern‑trade portfolio and drive growth for Heng Dairy. You will work closely with key retail partners, negotiate agreements and ensure our products achieve optimal visibility and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct sales activities to a portfolio of modern‑trade clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
• Negotiate win‑win agreements, including promotions, leaflets, displays and listings.
• Monitor demand forecasts and order plans to meet targets.
• Support distributors in achieving distribution, freshness, price, visibility and display objectives.
• Track in‑store promotion effectiveness and report insights.
• Identify market trends, issues and opportunities to increase share.
• Collaborate with trade‑marketing to design tailored promotions based on shopper profiling.
• Update price/value‑chain data quarterly and analyse competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in modern‑trade or key‑account sales within FMCG or food production.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and autonomous working abilities.
• Proven track record of identifying new sales opportunities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
