Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh, representing CPDCAM’s recruitment, training and HR setup services. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, presenting solutions, and building long‑term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across multiple industries.
• Present CPDCAM’s recruitment, training, and HR setup services through sales meetings and presentations.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Contribute to sales forecasts, planning and market feedback collection.
• Participate in networking events and support promotional initiatives to expand the client base.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, develop leads and manage the full sales cycle.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and meetings.
• Experience in HR services, training, recruitment or professional services sales is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, with willingness to learn new systems.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel locally for client meetings.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer‑focused mindset and adaptability.
