Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will oversee business development and project delivery across the assigned region, building strong relationships with both new and existing customers while ensuring contractual and financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, evaluate opportunities and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team and subcontractors to achieve high job satisfaction and performance.
• Ensure contracts, cash flow and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Mentor direct reports to align with corporate objectives.
• Create, update and implement business plans for assigned streams.
• Maintain accurate reporting systems and KPI tracking.
• Provide guidance on company policies and working practices.
• Participate in or lead bid teams, preparing and presenting tenders.
• Project‑manage complex works and service delivery as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing regional operations or similar senior roles.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
