Medical Sales Representative

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell DKT Mekong’s reproductive health products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals across the assigned territory. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Phnom Penh and involves regular field visits, product demonstrations, and stock management.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse the market by collecting product, industry, trend, and competitor information, surveying coverage, and reporting customer feedback.
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with pharmacies, clinics and hospitals, introducing product lines, proposing sales programmes, and achieving call‑target objectives.
• Connect with distributors by maintaining relationships with their managers and medical representatives, supporting them with customer queries and new product introductions.
• Deploy point‑of‑sale support activities in collaboration with the Marketing department and distributors to increase brand awareness and manage POSM and trade‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Graduated from college or higher in medical, pharmacy, medical laboratory, or other health‑science fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmacy channel.
• Good knowledge of the local healthcare/pharmacy market (advantage).
• Valid driving licence and ability to use a motorbike for field visits.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
