Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns for Chip Mong Retail’s diverse retail formats. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time, on‑site position ensures brand consistency while driving store traffic and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate market research activities and analyse customer and sales data.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage marketing calendars and collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams.
• Supervise external agencies or vendors as required.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and campaign management experience.
• Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data‑informed decisions.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and external coordination.
• Commercial awareness to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Experience in retail or consumer‑goods marketing is an advantage.
