Marketing Manager

About the role

ZANDO Group, the parent company of several retail and lifestyle brands, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The role involves shaping strategy, executing campaigns, and driving brand awareness for a fast‑growing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics aligned with business goals.
• Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution, using both organic and paid channels.
• Experiment with social media acquisition on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant networks.
• Plan and coordinate company events when required.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Create engaging content for the website and social media pages to attract customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, agencies, influencers, and vendors.
• Prepare, track, and allocate the marketing budget efficiently.
• Oversee the production of marketing assets, including website banners, artworks, promotional materials, and case studies.
• Measure campaign performance, generate insights, and report against targets.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating marketing campaigns, strategies, and plans.
• Solid background in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Understanding of public relations principles.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptability to fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
