Manager, Total Rewards & People Analytics

About the role

The Total Rewards & People Analytics Manager leads compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR analytics across all operating companies. Reporting to the Deputy Head of HR, the role ensures data‑driven decision‑making and supports the development of total rewards strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, support salary reviews, incentive plans, grading structures, and employee benefits.
• Conduct market compensation benchmarking and communicate sales incentive initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for budgeting, manpower planning, and strategic decisions.
• Maintain HR data accuracy across HRIS and reporting platforms.
• Oversee payroll governance, ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, NSSF, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Review payroll summaries, reconciliations, statutory reports, and support audit documentation.
• Lead and supervise team members in payroll, reporting, and employee services, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in payroll management or HR operations, preferably with multi‑entity payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, work‑permit processes, NSSF, and payroll tax regulations.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle or equivalents.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy.
