Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the end‑to‑end HR function for our diverse business units in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape HR policies, drive talent acquisition, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment across multiple functions.
• Design and implement onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain HR policies in line with Cambodian labor law.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
• Create and deliver training and development initiatives to support retention.

Required profile

• Proven HR management experience in hospitality, services, or multi‑industry environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; Khmer or other regional languages are advantageous.
