About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives within the fertilizer, agriculture, or agribusiness sectors. The successful candidate will drive HR operations, talent acquisition, and performance management to support our growing workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations.
- Lead recruitment, talent management, and onboarding processes.
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
