HR/Admin Officer

About the role

Tech Seng is looking for a proactive HR/Admin Officer to support its growing team in Phnom Penh. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and daily office administration, ensuring smooth operations across all support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate selection, hiring, and onboarding.
• Maintain organized HR and administrative records, both physical and digital, for all personnel.
• Prepare and manage attendance, leave, and overtime summaries to facilitate payroll processing.
• Handle daily office administration tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing company assets, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with the admin team (assistant, driver leader, cleaner, security guard, cook, nanny) to ensure efficient office operations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong time‑management and business‑administration knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
