About the role
The HR Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Chip Mong Group, supporting multiple business units across Cambodia. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
- Utilise job boards, social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and produce recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Handle multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Balance organisational requirements with candidate expectations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with HR information systems.
