Head of Product Marketing & Performance

About the role

The Head of Product Marketing & Performance drives commercial success for the Enterprise product portfolio. This senior leader shapes go‑to‑market strategies, enables sales, generates demand, and monitors product performance to fuel revenue growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end commercialization of new and existing Enterprise products, defining target markets, value propositions and positioning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans aligned with business objectives, coordinating launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success.
• Create product messaging, sales collateral, and branding assets; collaborate with Corporate Marketing on integrated campaigns.
• Equip Sales teams with playbooks, battle cards, ROI calculators and training to effectively sell solutions.
• Monitor commercial performance metrics such as revenue, profitability, pipeline contribution, adoption rates, win/loss ratios and cross‑sell/upsell results.
• Design and run demand‑generation programs, digital campaigns, events, webinars and lead‑generation initiatives, measuring ROI and optimizing effectiveness.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for product development and executive strategy.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports, recommending actions to improve product performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product marketing, GTM strategy and commercial performance management.
• Strong track record of launching enterprise‑scale solutions and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and Finance.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable business recommendations.
