Field Sales Representative (HEC)

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will promote and sell the company’s products and services across assigned territories, working directly with customers to meet sales targets and support overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily sales activities such as calls, visits, order taking, and in‑store merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Track personal and team performance against KPIs and sales plans.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in CRM systems.
• Collect payments, log customer complaints, and follow up on issues.
• Provide customers with information on promotions, new products, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and support key customer relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of the industry, market, competitors and assigned territories.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling abilities.
• Ability to conduct basic research and analysis.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is a plus.
