Executive – Event and CSR

About the role

The Executive, Event and CSR will provide operational support for corporate communications, event management, media relations and digital media. This role is responsible for planning and executing events and CSR initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation, community impact and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event and CSR activity plans aligned with sustainability, community and social‑impact goals.
• Promote brand concepts by organizing virtual and physical events, exhibitions, conferences, fundraisers and social gatherings.
• Coordinate event teams and stakeholders to ensure clear responsibilities and seamless execution on the ground.
• Evaluate event performance, measuring attendance, engagement, brand exposure and ROI.
• Prepare and manage event and CSR budgets, ensuring financial alignment with approved spending.
• Create communication materials that maintain consistent company and brand messaging.
• Analyze activity results to recommend improvements and support data‑driven decisions.
• Produce monthly reports on event performance and other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing communications or event management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Fluent in English and Khmer (writing, speaking, reading).
