Coordinator Client Management

About the role

The Coordinator, Client Management supports DKSH’s Healthcare sales and marketing teams by providing timely administrative assistance, ensuring accurate data handling and smooth execution of sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date sales administration policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal functions to collect, verify and report data for sales target tracking and incentive payments.
• Gather and analyse data to produce insights for decision‑making.
• Support end‑to‑end sales administration tasks such as price maintenance, order processing, daily sales updates and stock monitoring.
• Respond to sales and marketing requests, including SAP transaction lodging and office administration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to resolve issues affecting sales administration.
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain minutes of team meetings and support budget‑related operating expenditures.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in the local language; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
